Refund Policy
We offer a 30‐day refund for products purchased only from our online store at www.zoomitonline.com. The refund applies only to products that are unused and in
their original packaging. Products that are purchased from any other retail outlet store other than zoomMediaPlus’ online store are subject to the return policy of that outlet and are not refundable by zoomMediaPlus. A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds for products purchased from our online store.
Please contact our Support team at support@zoommediaplus.com to initiate the process. All returns must be shipped to zoomMediaPlus freight‐prepaid and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be assigned when contacting our Support team.
